The problem isn't a lack of information. It's a lack of a structure that forces action. So I built one.
Every article in the club is something I actually did. Not something I read about, not something that sounds good on a slide. If I'm writing about first offers, it's because I've written a hundred. If I'm writing about cold outreach, it's because I've sent thousands of DMs and got told to go away by most of them.
The rule is simple: if I haven't shipped it, I don't write it.
